At MUNA MART, accessible from this url and the Android application, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by OlshopTest and how we use it.

User generated content policy

You can write reviews in our product section that can be seen by other customers. Your name and profile photo will be shown in the reviews section, but you can choose to post anonymously (note: anonymity is not guaranteed if your account violates terms of use).

Content published on this service should not mislead other customers. It should be upfront and honest about the information presented. Examples of content that is not allowed include (but are not limited to):

• Misspellings, gimmicky character use, gibberish, or automated or distracting content such as blurry or poor image/video quality or unrecognizable content.
• Images, videos, or links that negatively distract the reader's attention.
• Links to malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Links to sites irrelevant to the business.
• Phishing scams.
• Duplicate photos, posts, videos, and logos.
• Content that harasses, bullies, or is hateful. Content cannot promote hatred or incite violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
• Content that contains obscene, profane, or offensive language or gestures.
• Fake reviews in the product review section.

If you see spammy or disallowed user-generated content in our service, please click the "Report" button so the content can be moderated.

Image uploaded to our server

You have the right to upload images to our server for profile photo purposes. Your image will be presented to other users when you write a review on product pages. You can replace your profile photo anytime. Your image will be uploaded to our server with address https://storage1.bukaolshop.com and we reserve the right to delete images if necessary. Please ensure uploaded images follow our user-generated content policy above.

Information we collect

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

The data that we receive (as described above) will be saved on our server only. We do not share your data with third parties for any purpose. Your data will be processed internally for App functionality, Developer communications, Analytics, Personalization, and Account management only.

Location Information

When you use our services we may collect information about your location for delivery order features. With your permission, we may also collect precise location using GPS if you select delivery option. Other than this delivery feature, we don't collect your GPS data.

Data Deletion

You can choose to delete your data from our server. Data such as email, phone number, password, carts, favorites, balance and other data will be deleted and cannot be recovered. To delete your account, you can do it on this page:

Security practices

OlshopTest respects your privacy. Sensitive data such as name, cellphone number, email address and others will be maintained properly and not distributed to anyone outside your application environment. All data traffic is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.

However, please remember that no transmission method over the internet, or electronic storage, is 100% safe and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data, accounts, and services.

Log Files

OlshopTest follows standard procedures of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files includes IP addresses, browser type, ISP, date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly number of clicks. These are not linked to personally identifiable information. The purpose is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking user movement, and gathering demographic information.
